With over 30 years of experience in education, training and school auditing, Dr. Shefali Bharti is a passionate and accomplished professional, with 18 years dedicated to the K–12 sector across both Indian and international boards. She has held key leadership and academic positions in reputed institutions such as DPSG, the Vibgyor Group of Schools, and Podar International School, including roles as Assistant Director, Cambridge Head, Principal and Teacher. A NABET-certified auditor, she specializes in preparing CBSE schools for accreditation and quality assurance. She is an expert in conducting capacity-building workshops for teachers and administrators, focusing on subject-specific pedagogies, student-led classrooms, active learning and effective school governance. Her expertise extends internationally, having conducted training programs for CBSE schools in Abu Dhabi, Muscat and Doha, emphasizing data-driven strategies for school performance improvement. She also specializes in preparing institutions for e-platform onboarding and seamless IT integration in classrooms. With over a decade of teaching experience across IB, IGCSE, and CBSE boards, she is an IBO-certified ESS and TOK Examiner and have undergone extensive training in IB, Cambridge, and CBSE pedagogies. Additionally, she has worked as a Bioinformatics Scientist and served as an Associate Professor in Biotechnology at CCS University, teaching graduate and postgraduate courses, bringing strong academic and research credentials to their leadership role.
